Mr. Manish Ghimire has a rich background in Investment Banking and Advisory, boasting over a decade of extensive experience within the Nepalese capital market. He is FCCA and holds EMBA degree from Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM).

Prior to joining Nepal Life Capital, he worked nearly 6 Years in NIC ASIA Capital Limited where he has successfully launched various Investment Banking and Merchant Banking products like Portfolio Management Service, Mutual Funds, Issue Management and Corporate Advisory Services. Beside this he has more than 4 years of experience in Siddhartha Capital and Nabil Investment.  

With over 13 years of extensive experience in the financial market, Mr. Nawaraj Silwal has consistently demonstrated his expertise as a Share Analyst at Nepal Life Insurance Company Ltd. His role involves meticulous analysis of market trends and shares, contributing to the informed decision-making processes within the organization. He serves as a Senior Technical Analyst and Mentor at Nepal Share Hub, guiding industry professionals and former Trading and Research Head at ABC Securities (P) Ltd. (Stockbroker No-17).

Mr. Sandeep Subedi is a Chartered Accountant with over eight years of professional experience in the financial sector, specializing in Investment Banking areas such as Mutual Funds, Corporate Advisory, Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning. Other than this, he has handson experience in areas like Auditing, Accounting,and Finance as well.

Prior to joining Nepal Life Capital Limited, He worked as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in Muktinath Capital Limited for more than a year where he sucessfully led the Investment Banking Department. He also worked for about four years at NIC ASIA Capital where he focused on Mutual Funds, Accounts, Research, Corporate Advisory, and Strategic Planning and Development. He also played an instrumental role in establishing PE/VC licensing processes, fund structuring, and valuation of start-ups across sectors such as IT, agriculture, and energy. Before that, he served a role of Chief Financial Officer at Manjushree Finance Limited, where he led the Finance Department. He also worked in Internal Audit department during his tenure of more than 2 years at Manjushree Finance Limited. Where he showcased his versatility in financial management. His expertise extends to wealth management, Merchant Banking, and corporate advisory services in the modern Nepalese Capital Market, along with providing auditing and taxation advisory services. Overall, Sandeep is known for his commitment to excellence and strategic leadership in the financial domain. His broad exposure also includes statutory audits, internal audits, taxation advisory, and business intelligence development, showcasing his versatility across the financial services domain.

With a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and investment strategies, Mr. K.C. oversees the company’s financial and strategic planning. He is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Tribhuvan University. With nearly six years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing, he leads the company’s financial operations and serves as the key liaison for both internal and external audits. His expertise in aligning financial goals with corporate strategy plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Ms. Neupane serves as the Head of Merchant Banking at Nepal Life Capital Limited, bringing over 9 years of extensive experience in Nepal’s capital market. She has deep expertise in issue management, RTA/RTS operations, compliance, and depository participant services.

Before joining Nepal Life Capital, Ms. Neupane held key roles at prominent institutions such as Mega Capital, NIC Asia Capital, and Prabhu Capital. Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service excellence within the merchant banking domain.

Ms. Neupane holds a Master’s Degree in Business Studies (MBS) from Shanker Dev Campus and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from National Multiple College. Her solid academic background, combined with her leadership capabilities and in-depth industry knowledge, plays a pivotal role in strengthening the Merchant Banking operations at Nepal Life Capital Limited.

Mr. Gautam looks after all the compliance related work and is involved in the portfolio management processes at Nepal Life Capital. He has more than six years of active involvement in the capital market. Also, he is finance lecturer at some of the top business schools of Nepal and has completed Masters of Business Studies (Finance) and LLB. from Tribhuvan University.

Mrs Shila Shrestha is a CFA Charter Holder. She is also an MBA graduate from Pokhara University. She has over four years of experience of working in Portfolio Management Department, engaging in research, fundamental analysis and making investment decisions for PMS clients. She has over six years of banking experience, working at NIC Asia Bank Ltd as an Operation Incharge.
